The Beckfield College Business and Technology programs prepare students for successful professional careers by offering high-quality business programs in a student-centered learning environment. The Business and Technology baccalaureate and associate programs are designed to develop student’s quality of work, communication, self discipline, personal motivation, ethical behavior, leadership, and teamwork.
Associate of Applied Science in Computer Network Administration offered at both campuses.
The Associate of Applied Science in Computer Network Administration is a program that prepares students to manage the computer operations and control the system configurations from a specific site or network hub. Includes instruction in computer software and applications; local area (LAN) and wide area (WAN) networking; principles of information systems security; disk space and traffic load monitoring; data backup; resource allocation; and setup and takedown procedures. Graduates will have an understanding of basic information system infrastructure; security, and storage and retrieval systems.
The curriculum is designed to prepare students to earn Microsoft Certifications, a vital element for a successful career in Networking.
