The Hospitality Administration program at Beckfield College prepares students for professional careers by offering a high-quality curriculum in a student-centered learning environment. The Associate Degree program in Hospitality Administration is designed to develop a student's quality of work, communication skills, self-discipline, personal motivation, ethical behavior, leadership, and team-work abilities.
The Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration prepares graduates to begin or advance in a career in the hospitality industry. The program is designed to give students an understanding of business principles and practices in the ever changing and growing career field of hospitality.
Hospitality is the business of managing hotels, travel and tourism, entertainment, and people. Along with the concentrated hospitality management courses, students also take a number of core general education, business, and management courses to develop very marketable skills.
Students can join the Beckfield College Phi Beta Lambda chapter. Phi Beta Lambda gives college students the opportunity to develop skills in leadership, networking, team-building, and communications. Graduates can also continue their education and career advancement by enrolling in the College’s Bachelor of Business Administration program
The Florence campus offers the Associate of Applied Science. The Tri-County campus offers the Associate of Applied Business.
This program has been approved by the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education, the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools, and the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools.
