Join us on November 7\, 2024\, for a memorable evening filled with celebration and recognition. \nEvent Details:\n\nDate: Thursday\, November 7\, 2024\nTime: 7:00 PM (Graduates must arrive by 5:00 PM)\nVenue: Northern Kentucky Convention Center\, Covington\, KY\nParking: $5 – $10\n\nThe ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 PM\, so please plan to arrive early. Below are key details about the event. \nImportant Information:\nCaps and Gowns\nVisit Beckfield’s caps & gowns page on Jostens and follow the instructions to select your program\, height/weight\, and finalize your order. \nDiplomas\nGraduates will receive a diploma cover during the ceremony. Official diplomas will be mailed approximately 10 weeks after the event. \nPhotography\nThe ceremony will be professionally photographed\, capturing individual moments as graduates receive their diploma covers. To receive information on purchasing your photos\, please fill out the contact card provided at the event. \nClass Rings\nTo order your class rings\, visit Jostens. Select “Class Rings\,” and type “Beckfield College” to find your campus options. \n\nCommencement Agenda:\n5:00 PM: Graduates arrive at the venue and receive a card with their name\, program\, and honors.\n5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Rehearsal.\n6:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Break.\n6:30 PM: Line-up for the ceremony.
