ACCREDITATION

Beckfield College is a career focused educational institution with a campus in Florence, Kentucky which is institutionally accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools to award baccalaureate degrees, associate degrees and diplomas. The Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

Licensures and Approvals

The College is licensed by the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education. Beckfield College is authorized by The Indiana Board for Proprietary Education.

The Beckfield College diploma, associate, and baccalaureate degree programs in Nursing are approved by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.  The current status of each approval is available from the College’s Nursing Department.

The Practical Nursing diploma program and the Associate of Applied Science, Nursing program are accredited by the National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) 2600 Virginia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20032, 202-909-2526.

The Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (RN to BSN) Online program and the 3-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at Beckfield College is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (http://www.ccneaccreditation.org/). One Dupont Circle, NW, Suite 530, Washington, DC 20036, (202) 887-6791.
